1. The service
BidReady UK provides AI-assisted tender readiness scoring, compliance checking, and bid preparation tools. The service is preparation support — it is not legal advice and does not guarantee contract awards.
2. Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act on behalf of your business.
3. Acceptable use
Don't upload content you don't have rights to, attempt to reverse engineer the service, or use it to mislead procurement authorities about your capability.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content to provide the service.
5. AI outputs
Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before submitting any bid.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost contracts, lost profits, or indirect losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
