BidReady UK ("we", "us", "our") provides tender readiness and bid preparation tools for UK small businesses. We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
2. Data we collect
Account details (name, email), company information you enter during onboarding, and the tender documents and supporting evidence you upload to your Evidence Vault and bid workspaces.
3. How we use your data
To provide the service, generate your readiness reports, draft bid responses, and improve product quality. Your documents are used to generate your readiness report and are not sold to third parties.
4. AI processing
We use AI providers to analyse tenders and draft responses. Content may be sent to these providers under data processing agreements. We do not allow your content to be used to train third-party foundation models.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on UK or EU infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel.
6. Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data at any time. Contact us at privacy@bidready.uk.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After account closure, data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
